2. The service

Pawnomly provides an AI-powered pet name generator. Suggestions are generated by a machine learning model and provided "as is" for inspiration. We make no guarantee that any suggested name is unique, trademark-free, or suitable for your specific pet.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit prompts.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Resell or repackage the generator without written permission.
• Use the service to violate the rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual property

The Pawnomly brand, design and code are owned by us. Generated names themselves are not protected by us — you are free to use any name we suggest for your own pet.

5. Disclaimer

Pawnomly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawnomly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Pawnomly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
